Kelowna 2007 Episode 2: The Bear
In Episode 2 of our Kelowna adventure, we visit The Bear at Okanagan Golf Club:
Full Review of The Bear
Remember, all scores are out of five “beers,” and averaged from all four players.
Course Conditions:

- As Wes says, this time of year, they all are.
Value for cost:

- Great resort course that is top notch from tee to clubhouse.
Beer Rules/Cart:

- Keeping with the Okanagan trend, no lack of refreshments aboard the cart.
Drinking Water on Course:

- A decent amount of bottle-fill stations throughout the course.
Pace of Play:

- Was moving quickly the day we played. Wes and Jordan finished under four hours as a twosome.
Difficulty Rating :

- Many guys had career-low nines, but couldn’t hold it together through 18.
Staff and Service:

- Although Wes says they were a 10…
Overall, an interesting little track that won’t challenge you too much in the Okanagan summer heat. Thanks very much, “Bear!”

The videos are GREAT! Makes me wish I was a better golfer, that’s for sure! Lovin it from the sidelines…
